How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders will be shipped as fast as I can, but due to the nature of my small business items could take between 1-5 business days to be shipped.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all of our packages using Australia Post and offer both domestic and international shipping.
Can you send my item through Express Post?
We don't currently offer express shipping but hope to have it available in the future. If you are after a print in a faster manor we do offer digital downloads which are sent straight away.
How long does it take for my item to reach me? (Domestic)
All items are shipped through Australia Post domestic post to Australia and it could take between 5-7 Business days to arrive from the date of postage. There are currently postage delays due to COVID which could impact the delivery of your products. For all updates regarding this visit the Australia Post website.
How long does it take for my item to reach me? (International)
Your items arrival time will vary depending on which country you are from. All international orders are shipped using economy post. You can check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to major international cities from Australia. There are currently postage delays due to COVID which could impact the delivery of your products. For all updates regarding this visit the Australia Post website.
How long does it take for my item to reach me? (Digital Download)
An email containing your download link will be emailed within minutes of a completed purchase. If you cannot see your email in your inbox please check your spam folder before contacting us.
How much does shipping cost:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based off of your location and the items purchased. Please not that all import costs and local taxes are your responsibility.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes, all of our stickers are 100% waterproof, dishwasher safe and UV resistant.
What paper are the prints printed on?
Our prints are printed on 250gsm satin finish fine art paper.
Do you do customer orders?
